In a bizarre set of circumstances a woman has filed an Indiana Court civil
lawsuit alleging that she suffered personal injuries during a traffic stop.

The woman claims she suffered an asthma attack and was hospitalized after she was pulled over by a State Trooper.
At the stop, she explained that her high rate of speed was due to her need of asthma medication. The officer ignored her plea for help. Ultimately an ambulance was called when it appeared she went into acute pulmonary attack.
